    CVP is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Lead to join our growing team on the HCQAR (Health Care Quality Analytics and Reporting) project. This is an exciting career opportunity for a professional with an interest in consulting as it relates to healthcare, specifically healthcare quality improvement.

    Major Areas of Responsibility
    • Assist Program and Project Manager with creating and updating project schedule
    • Ensure the timely completion of project deliverables
    • Ensure quality assurance processes are followed
    • Coordinate with stakeholders including but not limited to schedule, requirements and receipt of artifacts necessary for deliverables
    • Facilitate problem solving activities to achieve desired outcomes
    • Schedule and lead weekly program status meetings
    • Manage action items and decisions
    • Assist in identifying and managing project risks alongside Project Manager
    • Participate in internal and external requirement review sessions
    • Review requirements for content accuracy and completeness and for general readability including flow, logical order, grammar and spelling
    • Assist in creating and implementing process improvement plans

    Position Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Policy or related field
    • 3-5 years of project lead, health analytics, or healthcare quality experience
    • Previous experience supporting analytical work, such as reports, quality measures, healthcare analytics, or a quality program
    • Previous experience leading a team
    • Strong troubleshooting, analysis, problem-solving, and decision making skills
    • Ability to manage time and tasks based on changing priorities
    • Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio
    • Experience working with analytic teams, understanding of how to own and execute on individual tasks while working as a member of a highly collaborative team
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Desired Skills
    • Experience in data analysis, specifically related to healthcare claims
    • Knowledge of CMS and healthcare quality measurement, preferably in CCSQ
    • Knowledge of the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) Program
    • Adept at identifying opportunities for improvements and innovation
