Quality Assurance Lead

    CVP seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to provide quality assurance and performance management support for a healthcare program supporting enterprise architecture, IV&V, and cybersecurity.

    Major Areas of Responsibility
    • Seek to understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
    • Develop a strategy to proactively manage performance management objectives
    • Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
    • Work with client stakeholders and workstream managers to provide guidance and feedback
    • Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
    • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
    • Perform statistical analysis
    • Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
    • Submit detailed reports to client stakeholders
    • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

    • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust government security clearance 
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
    • Ten (10) years of relevant experience in lieu of education
    • 5 years of experience in a quality role
    • 5 years of experience in a project management role
    • Experience providing strategic consulting to senior federal customers
    • In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
    • Strong ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, including the CIO, Branch Chiefs, and staff

    Desired Skills/Qualifications
    • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
    • Certification of quality control (ISO 9000)
