Business Process Analyst

    CVP is seeking a highly talented Business Process Analyst to make a significant impact in project management support, relating directly to the healthcare IT systems within the project management office of our federal healthcare team.  

    This position is located at our Fairfax, Virginia headquarters.

    Major Areas of Responsibility

     
    • Provide project coordination support to the PMO team
    • Track milestones and project deliverables
    • Compile reports and briefings
    • Engage directly with stakeholders as a trusted advisor
    • Oversee the regulatory section to ensure compliance with FDA regulations
    • Coordinate establishment, documentation and maintenance of the Device Master Record, Design History File and Device History Record
    • Ensure audits are scheduled, performed, and applicable to operation
     
    Requirements
     
    • Must be eligible to obtain an active government security clearance 
    • 5 years or more of professional experience in a project management support role
    • Strong integrity and professionalism
    • Collaborative and positive approach to building strong relationships with the client and team
    • Self-starter and solid independent performer who operates remotely from CVP headquarters while still maintaining strong lines of communication with CVP leaders
    • Bachelor’s Degree
