    The professional in the Administrative Support role will provide senior executive staff support management and facilitation and coordination of the organization’s official correspondence management for CVP's Navy client. This professional will support task tracking, coordination of conference room reservations, and support for travel arrangements.
    Major Areas of Responsibility
    • Provide administrative support, including provision of continuous coverage for client reception areas for PMOs and branches
    • Ensure coverage is available between the hours of 0800 and 1700 (not to include weekends or Federal holidays)
    • Ensure client guests sign-in, announce guests to appropriate personnel, manage mail delivery, and answer calls to the main number
    • Manage conference room calendars, resolve conflicting reservation requests, post signs as needed, receive office visitors
    • Execute office supply process; maintain inventory, procure and stock new supplies
    • Assist with military and provide support for official travel
    • Provide office correspondence support, publish phone rosters, pickup/deliver office mail, support office automation
    • Provide executive administrative support for the executive leadership including, but not limited to, PEO, PM, DPM, Branch Chiefs
    • Support All Hands and other official events including space reservations, staff notifications, set-up, logistics support and breakdown
    • Provide office correspondence and documentation support
    • Draft, staff and edit various communications documents, including internal and external memoranda
    • Ensure draft documents are coordinated among relevant staff members and prepare final documents to incorporate comments
    • Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance
    • Previous administrative support experience in the defense health field
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Effective decision making, analysis, and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal and team building skills
    • Self-motivation with effective oral and written communication skills
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
