    CVP is seeking a highly talented Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruiting team and serve as our front desk/first point of contact for office management questions at our Columbia, Maryland office.     Major Areas of Responsibility
    • As the security manager for the CVP Columbia office, manage data card access, ensure proper security, and maintain the office evacuation plan
    • Independently orchestrate and manage all aspects of the interview process: enter requisitions, interview notes, and send candidate responses in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Work within the ATS, accurately and consistently following the policies of the organization and all legal requirements
    • Provide general administrative support for healthcare projects
    • Help plan social events, wellness initiatives, and community outreach events
    • As the office manager for the CVP Columbia office, serve as the point of contact (POC) for the building management
    • As the receptionist for the office, greet and sign in visitors
    • Perform other duties of a similar or related level and assist with special projects as assigned

    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1+ year(s) experience working in an office environment; this can include internships worked
    • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook/Gmail
    • Clear and concise verbal and written communication capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
    • High degree of initiative; self-starter with strong attention to detail
    • Collaborative and a positive attitude; strong professionalism
