Scanning Operations Team Lead

    CVP is seeking a highly talented Scanning Operations Team Lead to provide oversight of the team’s daily operations and to support the Records Manager with documenting scanning policies and processes. Help ensure the timely delivery of a quality product coupled with exemplary professional customer service.    

    Major Areas of Responsibility
    • Oversee daily operations and work assignments of the scan operations team
    • Provide direction and guidance to the team as needed to respond to customer requests and resolve problems
    • Monitor daily workflow and production metrics to ensure project requirements are being met
    • Support the records manager in capturing and analyzing scan operation metrics to develop process improvements for scan operations
    • Provide feedback to team members on a regular basis to ensure consistent application of procedures
    • Perform checks on the scan quality and OCR quality of processed documents
    • Perform the scanning of active files and historical documentation
    • Assign relevant metadata based on document content
    • Perform data entry to scan software system and project tracking tools
    • Train new scan team members on scanning procedures and assist with creating and updating training materials and other job aids
    • Assist the on-site manager with special assignments and serve as back-up

    Position Requirements
    • Active Secret government security clearance
    • High school diploma, plus a minimum of 5 years working with a government agency
    • Demonstrated leadership experience
    • Demonstrated training experience
    • Demonstrated experience working in quality control
    • Ability to manage workflow, prioritize work assignments for a team and work as part of the team
    • Detailed-oriented, excellent organizational skills, computer skills, and problem solving skills
    • Good work ethic and self-starter
    • Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with a team and ability to motivate others
    • Proficient with MS Office tools
