Customer Support Analyst - Great Opportunity for Recent College Grad
CVP is seeking a highly talented Customer Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate to get her or his foot in the door at an IT consulting firm on a software development program. The Customer Support Analyst will greet users warmly and ascertain any problems or reasons for calling. The professional in this role will assist with requests and communicate with the Program Manager Office (PMO), as well as the Project Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving and collaborating with people. Help resolve customer complaints and reach out to the users in relaying solutions to their issues via the telephone and email.
