    CVP is seeking a highly talented Customer Support Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate to get her or his foot in the door at an IT consulting firm on a software development program. The Customer Support Analyst will greet users warmly and ascertain any problems or reasons for calling. The professional in this role will assist with requests and communicate with the Program Manager Office (PMO), as well as the Project Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem solving and collaborating with people. Help resolve customer complaints and reach out to the users in relaying solutions to their issues via the telephone and email.

    Major Areas of Responsibility
    • Work with customers/users to clarify and resolve their problems with the FACTS application
    • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
    • Handle customer/user complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
    • Assist and educate FACTS customers/users with resetting user ids and passwords
    • Assist and educate customers/users with obtaining access to the FACTS application
    Position Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree or prior Customer Support experience supporting a software application
    • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret government security clearance
    • Strong ability to understand and learn the Remedy ticket management software quickly
    • Exceptional communication and documentation skills for trouble-shooting and ticket handling
    • Excellent customer service and customer interaction skills
    • Knowledge of use Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
    • Knowledge of the use of IE 11 web browsers

    Desired Experience
    • Experience with Remedy or similar Service/ Help Desk ticket management software
