    CVP is seeking a highly talented Cybersecurity Manager to provide oversight and guidance to a Security Operations and Tools team that supports the Cybersecurity and Privacy Department.

    Major Areas of Responsibility

    Serve as the Cybersecurity Manager for 4-6 person team.  Provide direction and support for security operations and tools implementation, specifically oversee:
    • Oversee security operations and tools implementation
    • Understand the systems, evaluate risks, brief and make recommendations to client
    • Respond to data calls for directives from DHS/OMB
    • Participate in policy creation and training of the team
    • Perform complex risk analyses which include risk assessments
    • Perform analysis, design, and development of security features for system architectures.
    • Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization’s information security
    Position Requirements
    • Eligible to obtain a Public Trust government clearance (MBI)
    • Bachelor’s  Degree in a Computer or Management discipline
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience directing teams
    • Minimum of five (5) years of managing security and tools operations
    • 10 years of experience in computer security of which five (5) years must be in Cybersecurity or Information Assurance
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Strong management and interpersonal skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills with the judgement to know what info at what level should be provided
    • Strong 360 degree situational awareness and ability to exercise appropriate judgment (assertive but non-confrontational)
    • High levels of adaptability and agility
    • Conflict resolution, negotiation and persuasive skills
    Desired Skills
    • CISSP
    • Security+ and/or GSLC
