    CVP is seeking a highly talented Project Lead to provide guidance for IT operations planning, design, implementation, and integration of all infrastructure, hardware systems, and software under AMRDEC. Serve as a Technical Task Lead for the configuration and configuration management portion of the program, which provides diverse support for AMRDEC network infrastructure devices.

    Major Areas of Responsibility
    • Support all financial management and administrative activities, such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning and financial reporting
    • Perform complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues, which would require a report and recommend solutions
    • Develop work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
    • Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project
    • Provide some direction to staff as necessary – ability to substitute as Task Lead for other project functions outside business and contract operations, including Server Lead, Network Lead, Service Desk Lead, Configuration Lead, Web/Development Lead, or Database System Lead
    • Work directly with Area Managers to coordinate task execution, schedules, and budget

    Position Requirements
    • Must be eligible to obtain an Active Secret government Security Clearance
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 8 years of experience supporting program management operations and directing some elements of contract operational support functions, involving multiple complex and inter-related project tasks
    • Experience in managing, developing, collecting, and maintaining formal Army and DoD network configuration and Information Assurance (IA) documentation
    • Experience with the DoD RMF processes and DoD IA requirements
    • Well-versed in the latest technologies

    Desired Skills
    • AMRDEC experience – knowledge of AMRDEC information systems and related IT, business operations, technical operations, and risk management
    • Army experience as project analyst/lead/coordinator
    • Familiarity with automation, data/telecommunications, visual information, programming support, audio/visual, database management and support, data input/output devices, surge/Uninterrupted Power System (UPS) devices, computers, servers, cloud services/virtualization, networks, and communication devices
    • Some technical knowledge to support oversight of the following tasks: network management and telecommunications maintenance, system management, system configuration management, helpdesk/IT services, software application development and management, software testing and systems interoperability and support, virtual system management, hardware systems interoperability and support, VOIP and Audio Visual infrastructure systems, database administration, data storage/control/retention, disaster recovery and critical infrastructure continuity and contingency planning, cyber security, risk management and information assurance
