RSA Archer Developer

    CVP is seeking a highly talented RSA Archer Developer to build the eGRC program for a healthcare federal agency’s newly established cybersecurity and privacy management program. The professional in this role will directly influence the eGRC implementation and the processes the eGRC will support.
     

    Major Areas of Responsibility
     
    • Gather and define requirements
    • Instantiate the client’s Archer instance to meet the requirements
    • Work with training and OCM analysts to specify training and change management needs


    Position Requirements
     
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
    • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust government security clearance
    • Minimum 10 years of total IT/cybersecurity experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with RSA Archer
    • Experience with translating customer requirements into Archer solutions via custom ODAs, fields, DDEs, and reports, where appropriate
    • Ability to leverage the Archer Data Feed Manager to integrate external data sources
    • Excellent grasp implementing FISMA control descriptions within Archer
    • Excellent oral/written English communication skills and a proven ability to present complex, technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences; ability to document requirements and solution modifications
    • Strong consultative background
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • XSLT programming
    • Solid SQL experience
    • RSA Archer GRC Suite Web Services API
    • RSA Archer GRC RESTful API


    Desired Skills
     
    • Experience with JavaScript (JSON)
    • Experience with FISMA and NIST standards
    • Experience with multiple Archer implementations manifesting the NIST Risk Management Framework
