    CVP is seeking a highly talented Project Scheduler to perform the scheduling tasks for CVP’s federal defense healthcare client. The professional in this role will develop, maintain, and update the client’s Integrated Master Schedule, which includes schedules for its entire portfolio of programs, projects, and initiative with a team of analyst, experts, technologists, and data scientists from CVP. 10% travel required to Falls Church, Virginia.

    Major Areas of Responsibility
    • Provide support services to the client and Clinical Support PMO team
    • Establish and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in accordance with DoD’s DID DIMGMT-81650 “Integrated Master Schedule”
    • Produce, review, evaluate, and analyze all the client’s Clinical Support projects with an integrated IMS
    • Support and assist with the development, review, evaluation and analysis of the client’s project Enterprise IMS, which includes projects across the PMOs
    • Facilitate and/or support required scheduling meetings - Agenda, Minutes, Artifacts to provide the stakeholders with increased visibility of planned dates and a forum that ensures scheduling risks and issues are efficiently communicated & effectively mitigated
    • Provide project-level and program level scheduling support
    • Attend project level meetings, such as milestone meetings to capture pertinent information for the IMS
    • Attend program level meetings, such as the client’s Integrated Configuration Control Board to capture pertinent information for the IMS
    • Attend weekly Enterprise IMS scheduling meetings and brief status of IMS depicting any major milestones, accomplishments and/or concerns
    • Participate in Analysis of Alternatives (AOA) to assist with identifying an Enterprise IMS tool
    • Attend Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, perform analysis of optional tools and provide documented feedback

    Position Requirements
    • Must be eligible to obtain an active Public Trust government security clearance
    • Previous experience supporting a government agency in project management support
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills

    • Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt)
    • PMP certification
